That was a great experience. Kind and friendly staff. There is a great sushi restaurant inside the hotel called sushi manga, they were really carefull with my severe allergy. They have tasty food and cocktails. In addition you should check out the roof top bar, it has great drinks, nice atmosphere and view.

I have only good things to stay about our stay and visit to Turkey . This was our first trip to Turkey and we were lucky to stay with you . We are so touched by your hospitality . We came to celebrate our son Ayaan’s 8th Birthday and we had a great time . Ayaan felt so special and happy celebrating with you . The staff were absolutely welcoming warm friendly and courteous. They made us feel very very comfortable and happy . I would like to make the managers Murat D , Hdees D and Ali the Chef ( most courteous and gracious with a smiling face ) and Yunas the Steward made our stay at Le Meridian most unforgettable and pleasant stay . I highly recommend your hotel to our friends and family . The staff had a surprise birthday cake for my son during breakfast and had a special delicious cake sent to our room as well . Most touched ❤️ Lovely staff .

Great stay at the Meridian Istanbul Hotel ! Location is very convenient. The room was great. Good equipments for hosting business meetings. On top of that, The staff is great notably Elif and Murad always keen to help me. Thank you. Will come back !

While making our reservations utilizing the phone, we spoke with Eylul. She was very professional, friendly, and very helpful. When checking in, we were assisted by Aisu and Ugur. Such friendly and helpful service provided. We were greeted in our room with a fruit plate and sweets. Both evenings, we had a great dinner in the Club Lounge, assisted by Kaltar, who went above and beyond. Azize was the chef who brought up many delicacies and foods to tempt our palates. Both mornings, we enjoyed a fabulous breakfast buffet. Service was impeccable. Murat, the supervisor, greeted us warmly and was very present in the room, making sure that we had everything that we needed. Our servers, Ali, Yunus, and Kerim, were very attentive, also making sure that we had everything that we needed and then some. This was our first stay at the Le Meridien in Istanbul. At our previous stays in Istanbul, we have stayed at other Marriott properties. The others were also very good, but our stay at the Le Meridien topped all the others. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Everyone at this hotel seems to geniunely care about making guests feel welcome. Not pretentious. A special thanks to Serkan and Furkan at the reception: Although we booked the hotel breakfast included, that information was not passed on to them. Serkan checked us in with breakfast included anyway so that we don't have to chase our travel agent to try and proove our booking details. Much appreciated. During check out, Furkan was kind enough to extend our check out more than they usually would to accomodate our late departing flight. The same level of kindness also from other staff - others by the reception and entrance, restaurant, housekeeping. Congrats to the general manager who seems to have managed a culture of kindness across the entire establishmenet. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to take a look at their food offerings. Unfortunately most breakfast items lacked taste. The food is not aligned with the rest of the property.
